Donald Trump’s former communications director has kick-started a series of lectures at a Harrogate school.
Anthony Scaramucci gave sixth formers and Year 11 pupils at Ashville an insight into leadership, resilience, politics and global finance.
The transatlantic talk with Mr Scaramucci, who was the White House communications director for just 10 days in 2017, launched a lecture series as part of the new Six@Ashville project.
He is also is a Wall Street financier, lawyer, author and broadcaster.
Six@Ashville aims to redefine the fee-paying school’s sixth form experience by extending pupils development through new courses and opportunities.
The school’s sixth form centre was renovated over the summer as part of the project.
Head of Ashville, Rhiannon Wilkinson, said:
