Crowds gathered at the Great Yorkshire Showground this morning as tractors embarked on the Knaresborough Tractor Run 2026.
A misty morning did not deter spectators from turning out as tractors set off on their miles-long procession throughout the Harrogate district.
The tractor run is raising money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance. It has raised more than £100,000 for the charity since it was first held over a decade ago.
At 9am sharp this morning, the tractors headed to Knaresborough for their first stop before heading to Staveley, Burton Leonard, Markington, Grantley and Pateley Bridge. It is due to finish in Knaresborough at 4pm.
Thousands of spectators are expected to line the route to watch about 400 tractors make their way through the towns and villages
