Lego model to appear at the Stray Ferret office as part of Harrogate trail
The Harrogate Lego Trail is set to return next month with a new fairytale theme and a model of the big bad wolf is to appear in the Stray Ferret office.
The trail launched in 2021, but did not go ahead last year.
From August 3-23, thirteen displays will begin to appear across the town centre.
The town will see fantasy characters such Puss in Boots and The Little Mermaid as well as larger structures including a Cinderella Carriage and Rapunzel’s Tower.
Harrogate BID is working alongside the Fairy Bricks charity to deliver the event.
Fairy Bricks carries out work to provide special Lego structures for children in hospital to help boost their spirits.
Matthew Chapman, Harrogate BID manager, said:
We’re thrilled to be bringing the popular Lego Trail back to Harrogate to entertain both visitors and residents, but with a brand-new enchanting theme.
It’s been a hugely successful event in previous years, encouraging a great number of people into Harrogate and highlighting our town as a fantastic destination.
It’s always one of the highlights in our event calendar, so come along and see the stunning models on show. We can’t wait to show you them.

- Weetons
- Games Crusade
- Artizan Café
- Yorkshire Soap Company
- Specsavers
- Richard Grafton
- Sharps Bedroom Showroom
- Primark
A Lego model from 2022
There is also a free competition that visitors can take part in. QR codes will be placed on each of the Lego structures, to be scanned by those taking part.
Participants scan the codes and will then be transferred to a website showing an anagram. This can be worked out to collect a free prize.
