A Harrogate man has admitted voyeurism.
Rowan Potter, 20, of Hill Top Avenue, was sentenced at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (June 5).
Potter pleaded guilty to a charge of gaining sexual gratification by looking at a recording made on June 25, 2023 of another person who did not consent to it being used for that purpose.
He was ordered to complete 120 hours of community work and fined £203.
Potter was also told not to contact the victim and deprived of his mobile phone.
