A man is to stand trial accused of wounding and biting the ear of a man in Harrogate town centre.

The incident is said to have occurred on Bower Street on March 7.
Mr McKenna, who has recently been living at the Travelodge on The Ginnel, was remanded in custody until the trial on September 3.
The hearing is expected to last two days.
