A lego trail in Harrogate town centre is set to return this year.

The trail, which is funded by Harrogate Business Improvement District, will see a range of displays hosted by different businesses across the town.

The displays will be launched on August 1 and follow a “safari animals” theme.

Bethany Allen, operations and projects executive at Harrogate BID, said:

The lego trail is one of, if not the most popular event we organise and deliver every year. We always receive such fantastic feedback and it’s become a definite staple of our event calendar.

It’s an excellent way to drive both footfall and spend into our town’s business community and we can’t wait to bring it back with a brand new theme.

Harrogate BID is working alongside the Fairy Bricks charity as part of the event.

The Huddersfield-based charity has provided lego kits to children in more than 200 hospitals in the UK and 26 other countries on an annual basis.

The BID said it will reveal details of the lego trail display locations over the coming weeks.
