Harrogate Organics Company has closed its town centre shop.
A notice on the door of the wellness and skincare shop announced that the site will be vacated.
It added that the business will continue to operate online.
The notice said:
We are sorry to say we are leaving our home here in Harrogate and moving online only. Thank you for all your support over the years.
The shop was established in 2020 during covid. Originally located on Station Square, it relocated to Market Place in 2022.
The business’ website says it is “on a mission to demonstrate the incredible healing powers of pure, natural and organic ingredients”.
Its Magnesium Spray gained significant popularity across the globe, attracting thousands of reviews at 4 stars or higher. The company also won 2024’s pure beauty global award for the product.
The Stray Ferret contacted Harrogate Organics for comment. A member of staff told us "businesses are just struggling" at the moment, adding the government "putting rates up did not help".
We have approached the director of the company but we had not received a response at the time of publication.
