A woman has denied being in charge of a dog that was dangerously out of control in Harrogate.
Roxy Daniels, of Woodfield Road in Harrogate, appeared at York Magistrates Court yesterday (May 6), when she pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Court documents allege Ms Daniels was in charge of a “bully-staffy cross”, which was dangerously out of control on November 5 last year.
The offence is alleged to have happened in the Nidderdale Greenway area, near Bilton Lane, but no injury was caused.
The 37-year-old was released on unconditional bail and a trial date was set for July 18.
The trial will be held at York Magistrates Court.
