Indecent images charges dropped against Knaresborough man

Charges of making indecent images of a children have been dropped against a Knaresborough man.
Matthew Hare, of Kirkgate, was accused of with making one category B moving image of a child and one count of making one category C moving image of a child in 2011.
Mr Hare, 55, denied the charges when he appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court on February 12 this year.
The case was listed to be heard at York Magistrates Court this week, but the prosecution offered no evidence and the case was discontinued.
