Kempston-Parkes Chartered Surveyors, a proudly independent surveying practice based in Harrogate, has been shortlisted for the highly coveted ‘Supplier of the Year: Surveying Firm’ award at this year’s Negotiator Awards, taking place in London this November.

In a historic first for the awards, surveying firms have been included in the line-up - making Kempston-Parkes’ nomination all the more meaningful. As a smaller northern practice competing alongside some of the biggest names in the UK property sector, the shortlisting recognises the firm's quality, professionalism and dedication to its clients.

The Negotiator Awards, now in its 17th year, is widely regarded as the UK’s leading independent awards programme for the residential property industry. Celebrating excellence across estate and letting agencies as well as suppliers, the awards are respected for their fairness, transparency and rigorous judging process.

Managing partner Andrew Kempston-Parkes said:

Being shortlisted alongside so many fantastic names is already an honour, but we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that we can bring home the trophy for Harrogate.

With the awards ceremony just weeks away, excitement is building. The team will travel to London in November with high hopes - and plenty of support from their local community.

Whatever the outcome on the night, being shortlisted is a remarkable achievement for Kempston-Parkes and a testament to the impact that smaller, regionally-based firms can have across the UK property sector.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Grosvenor House on November 28.
