Knaresborough firm among winners at car finance awards
A Knaresborough firm is celebrating a double triumph at this year’s Car Finance Awards in Manchester.
Oracle Car Finance, a credit broker for people who buy prestige, sports and classic cars, was named Best Specialist Car Finance Provider for the fifth time in six years.
It also took home the Customer Service Excellence Award in the first time it entered the category.
Managing director Peter Brook said:
To be named Best Specialist Provider once again is a fantastic team achievement, but having our customer service officially recognised by the industry on top of our 2,800 five-star Trustpilot reviews is credit to our ethos of going the extra mile to service our customers.
Judges praised Oracle’s “customer-first mindset”, “seamless experience”, and “strong customer retention.”
Oracle Car Finance, which is based on Manse Lane, was established in 2005.
It reached the milestone of £2 billion in vehicle funding in June last year.
