Knaresborough man banned from entering Victoria Shopping Centre
A thief from Knaresborough has been banned from entering Harrogate’s Victoria Shopping Centre.
Phil McNeil, 35, of Park Crest, stole items worth £670 at TK Maxx in the shopping centre on June 26 this year.
He admitted the charge at York Magistrates Court on Saturday (September 19).
McNeil also pleaded guilty to a charge of racial / religious harassment against a police officer in Knaresborough on September 29 last year.
Additionally, he admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail in Harrogate on July 30 and York on September 14.
McNeil is due to be sentenced on October 30 at Harrogate Magistrates Court.
He was remanded on conditional bail and ordered not to enter the shopping centre.
