Knaresborough Young Farmers will be raising money for two local charities by collecting Christmas trees on January 4 and 5.
The young farmers will be collecting in Harrogate, Starbeck and Pannal on January 3 and then Knaresborough, Farnham, Ferrensby, Follifoot, Goldsborough, Kirk Deighton, Lingerfield, Little Ribston, North Deighton, Scotton and Spofforth on January 4.
Collections can be booked online here for a minimum donation of £7.50 per tree.
The money raised will go to Saint Michael's Hospice and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Bookings close on January 1.
All trees are recycled by chipping them into animal bedding which gets used for cattle and then eventually spread back onto the land.
