Police issued an appeal today after a man was assaulted in the early hours on Harrogate’s Parliament Street.
North Yorkshire Police said in a statement the incident, which happened at about 1.30am on Sunday, December 15, took place near Revolucion de Cuba and Roland’s.
The bars are on opposite sides of Parliament Street.
Police said the 20-year-old victim, who is local, was with a group of men at the time of the assault..
He suffered a cut above his eye but chose not to seek medical treatment.
The statement added:
It is unknown at this time where this happened and who was involved in the incident.
We’re appealing for information from any witnesses who may have seen this incident, or any dashcam footage from passing vehicles that may have captured this incident.
