A collection of seven stone-built townhouses is being built in a residential area close to Harrogate town centre.
JWT Homes purchased the site at Back Tewit Well Road, close to the railway line, in April last year and has started construction work on four of the townhouses.
It expects to complete this phase by June this year before the next three houses are built in a second phase.
A spokesperson for JWT developments said the properties represented a rare opportunity so close to the town centre. They added:
Each house has secure parking with electric vehicle charging points. Prices start at £695,000.
