Good morning, I'm back with you this morning giving you updates every 15 minutes. Watch out for the delays at Bond End in Knaresborough, the roadworks have been slowing traffic this week.

- Wetherby Road from the Kestrel roundabout to Empress roundabout
- Skipton Road heading down towards the Empress roundabout
- Ripon Road heading from New Park roundabout south towards Harrogate town centre
- Otley Road near Harlow Moor Drive
- Leeds Road traffic lights near M&S Food Hall
- Pannal traffic lights near Costa Coffee
- Buttersyke Bar roundabout, both ways, at the exit for the A658 North Rigton
