A young man has denied criminal damage in Harrogate.
Theo Townsend, of Kingfisher Road in Knaresborough, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Thursday (September 11), when he pleaded not guilty to one offence of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
Mr Townsend, 20, is alleged to have damaged a window on a front door at a property on Woodfield Drive without lawful excuse.
The value of the alleged damage is unknown.
The case was adjourned for trial, which will be held at Harrogate Magistrates Court on January 8, 2026.
