A man in his 20s has pleaded guilty to drug offences after police raided the South Lodge pub in Ripon last week.
Jay Goodall, 29, was charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis on February 9.
Mr Goodall, who was arrested along with a man in his 50s on Friday (9 February), appeared before magistrates in York on Saturday. His address was given as the South Lodge.
He is due to appear before York Crown Court for sentencing on March 12.
North Yorkshire Police said in a statement today the man in his 50s "has been released under investigation while enquiries continue".
The South Lodge, which only reopened in October after a lengthy closure, is closed again.
The Stray Ferret has approached pub owners Heineken Star Pubs about its plans for the premises but had not received a response by the time of publication.
