Man appears in court charged with rape in Harrogate
Harrogate Magistrates Court on Victoria Avenue.
A man has appeared in court charged with rape in Harrogate.
Lee Majors, 42, of Billingham in Stockton-on-Tees, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (March 21).
The 42-year-old spoke in court only to confirm his name, age and address.
Mr Majors was charged with the alleged rape of woman at a named address in Harrogate between October 17, 2023, and October 20, 2023.
Magistrates adjourned his case and referred it to the crown court.
Mr Majors will appear at York Crown Court on April 28.
