Man with links to Ripon wanted on recall to prison
North Yorkshire Police is looking for a man who has been recalled to prison.
Anthony Ward, 42, was sentenced to jail for theft at York Magistrates' Court.
He was released from prison in September, but has now been recalled by HM Prison & Probation Service for failing to attend appointments with his supervising officer.
He is also wanted by police on suspicion of further offences.
Ward has links to Ripon and Leeds.
A police statement today (November 21) said:
If you see Ward, dial 999. If you have information about where he is, call North Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting reference 12250172308. Alternatively, speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
