A man was knocked out and left with a broken nose after being attacked in Harrogate.
North Yorkshire Police has launched an investigation into the assault, which happened at 5.05am on Sunday (November 9) on Bower Street.
Officers said it involved two males assaulting a male victim before leaving the area through One Arch towards Station Parade.
The victim lost consciousness and sustained a fractured nose, and had bruising and swelling to the eye and ear, requiring hospital treatment.
A police statement said:
We’re particularly appealing for information from anyone who was in the vicinity of One Arch between 5am and 6am on Sunday 9 November, who interacted with the injured victim or saw two males leave the area towards Station Parade.
