The most expensive and least expensive streets in Harrogate have been revealed.
Sales company Property Solvers compiled the list by tracking the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Harrogate postcodes.
Fulwith Mill Lane topped the list for the most expensive with seven properties sold for an average price of £2,068,571.
Meanwhile, four properties on Swan Road sold for an average of £1,529,375.
Some of the cheapest streets include Royal Stables where five properties sold for an average of £104,200. Wetherby Road also had comparatively cheaper properties, with four properties sold for an average price of £108,000.

Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers, said the list was compiled with streets which had more than three sales in order to keep the data less skewed.
He said:
It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Fulwith Mill Lane (HG2) sold for £3,515,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £62,700 and under on Park Parade (HG1), Royal Stables (HG1) and East Park Road (HG1).
