LNER has announced six new direct services will operate between London and Harrogate from this weekend.
The train company is introducing a new timetable on Sunday, March 30.
Of the six new direct services, two are being introduced on Saturdays, two on Sundays and two on trains running from Monday to Friday.
Commuters will now be able to catch a 6.33pm train from Harrogate during the week and arrive at King’s Cross at 9.22pm.
The changes will also increase the options for weekend travel to and from the capital via trains.
LNER said: “This will increase the total number of direct LNER services between Harrogate, Horsforth and London King’s Cross to 88 each week.”
Here are the changes:
Monday to Friday
14.40 London King’s Cross, calling at Horsforth at 17.07, arriving at Harrogate 17.29
18.33 Harrogate, calling at Horsforth at 18.51, arriving at London King’s Cross 21.22
Saturday
12.40 London King’s Cross, calling at Horsforth at 15.07, arriving at Harrogate 15.29
16.33 Harrogate, calling at Horsforth at 16.51, arriving at London King’s Cross 19.21
Sunday
12.36 London King’s Cross, calling at Horsforth at 15.06, arriving at Harrogate 15.29
16.35 Harrogate, calling at Horsforth at 16.53, arriving at London King’s Cross 19.24
