A jewellery shop on Cambridge Street, Harrogate, is set to relocate.

Pandora is set to move into a bigger unit on the same street.

The store is currently located at unit 34 Cambridge Street and will move across the street to unit 29, the former River Island unit this summer.

The shop will be in a retail unit on the ground floor of Trinity House, a 14-flat development by Vigo Group.

There are over 200 Pandora stores across the UK and Ireland. The shop sells earrings, rings, necklaces and Pandora’s signature charm bracelets.

The company, Pandora Group, has submitted plans to North Yorkshire Council for a new storefront and the installation of an internally illuminated fascia sign.

Staff at the Pandora shop in Harrogate said they expect to move in August, depending on the new unit being ready.

Davide Zirone, external relations and partnerships lead at Pandora, told the Stray Ferret:

We are still in the early stages, but I can confirm that our store is set to move units due to size, hopefully by the end of this year.

In fact, we are rolling out our new Evoke concept to every new store we open/refit, and this would not fit in the current unit.

He added that the Evoke concept “aims to bring a modern and fresh aesthetic” to the brands stores.
