A 20-year-old man is to face trial after he denied making hundreds of indecent images of children.
Benjamin Addyman, from Pateley Bridge, appeared at York Crown Court today (September 10) when he pleaded not guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children, three counts of distributing indecent images and one count of possessing extreme pornographic material. He denied all accusations.
Mr Addyman, of Wath Bridge to Gouthwaite Bridge, is accused of making hundreds of indecent images including Category A photos and videos, the worst kind of such material.
Judge Sean Morris, the Recorder of York, adjourned the case for a trial on February 26 next year.
