The first properties on the 162-home Long Lands View development in Harrogate are expected to be occupied by October this year.
Work at the site on Kingsley Drive got underway in October last year and homes have started to go up.
Persimmon Homes, which started marketing properties this month, is offering one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at prices ranging from £309,950 to £521,950.
The Stray Ferret asked the company for an update on when the first buyers were expected to move in and how long site work was expected to last.
Bethany Yeadon, a planner for Persimmon (West Yorkshire) replied:
We are happy to report that construction is progressing well onsite, aided by the good weather we’ve had this spring. We’re expecting our first occupation in October this year. Works on site are expected to last until October 2028.
The development will include green areas, cycle routes and a children’s play area.
