North Yorkshire Police has issued photos of two people officers want to talk to after thieves broke into a Harrogate flat using a crowbar.
According to a police statement today (December 19), the incident happened at Springfield Court on Springfield Avenue yesterday.
The statement added:
Between about 12.30pm-2.30pm, suspects gained entry to an apartment using a crowbar, and stole various items from within.
We would particularly like to speak to the two people pictured in these images, as they may have important information that could assist the investigation
If you recognise them, or noticed anything suspicious in the Springfield Court area around the time, please contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 straight away. You can also pass information to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Detective sergeant Tom Barker, of North Yorkshire Police, said: “The images of these people are of good quality, and I believe somebody will know who they are. If so, my plea to you is to get in contact with North Yorkshire Police as soon as possible.”
