Police have appealed to people in Boroughbridge to check doorbells and CCTV for sightings of a man who has been missing for 12 days.
Robert Rees-Hughes, 35, has been missing from Easingwold since Friday, November 29.
North Yorkshire Police said he was last seen on Crabmill Lane at 3.10pm and is described as 5ft 3in tall, medium build with dark brown short receding hair.
He has an injury, described as a gash, to the top of his head and was last seen wearing a dark waterproof jacket, grey chino jeans, and walking boots.

Robert Rees-Hughes.
In a statement today (December 10), Robert’s family described him as “the most gentle and loving person” and said it was out of character for him to go missing.
His family said:
Robert is the most gentle and loving person, his best friend is his 5-year-old niece who he adores.
It is very out of character for Robert to go missing and not contact his family or friends, with whom he is very close to.
We really encourage anybody to reach out with information, however small.
Inspector Rory Sadler, from North Yorkshire Police’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, urged people living between Boroughbridge, Easingwold and Thirsk to get in touch if they have information on Robert’s whereabouts.
He said:
We continue to work around the clock to find Robert who was last seen 12 days ago in Easingwold. Over the last week we have used specialist resources in and around the Helperby and Brafferton areas.
We are appealing to members of the public who live between Boroughbridge, Easingwold and Thirsk to please check any video doorbell/CCTV footage from 3.30pm onwards on Saturday 29 November and to also check land and outbuildings.
I would also urge anyone who is out walking in this area to remain vigilant.
Robert’s family are understandably extremely concerned, and we are doing all that we can to support them at this difficult time as well as keep them updated on our daily efforts to find him.
If you believe that you have seen Robert or have any information that could assist us, please call North Yorkshire Police on 101. If you know his immediate whereabouts, please call 999.
