Police release CCTV image after Harrogate assault

Police have issued a CCTV appeal after an assault on a teenager in Harrogate.

The incident happened on Cambridge Street at around 6.50pm on December 11, 2024.

Officers said the victim attended hospital for treatment following the assault.

A North Yorkshire Police statement said:

The man is described as around 5ft 11in tall, short black hair on the sides with a goatee beard.

He was wearing a black t-shirt with a long sleeved black top underneath and jeans.

He was also wearing a purple apron and a backwards cap. He has a distinctive tattoo on his right forearm.

The force added:
