Police have been in the Woodfield area of Bilton today following concerns about drugs and anti-social behaviour.
Sergeant John Pepper, from North Yorkshire Police’s neighbourhood sergeant for inner Harrogate, posted a video on social media about the visit.
He said:
We're responding to your concerns about drug use and anti-social behaviour in the area, and doing similar patrols in other parts of the district.
We're working hard to tackle the issues you tell us matter in your community so chatting to everyone during today's patrols has been great.
Sergeant Pepper urged anyone with crime concerns to report them on the North Yorkshire Police website or by calling 101. You can also share information with Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
