A man wanted for robbery could be in Harrogate, police say.
Daniel Bell is wanted in connection with a robbery in York yesterday afternoon in which a woman in her 80s was pushed to the ground and had her bag stolen.
A North Yorkshire Police update today said:
Yesterday we issued an appeal to find wanted Daniel James Bell, 33, in connection with a robbery in York.
We believe Mr Bell may have travelled to the Harrogate area and we are appealing to anyone in the area who may have seen him, to contact us or Crimestoppers.
Bell is from the York area but of no fixed address.
Police urged anyone who sees him to call 999 immediately or to dial 101 if they have information on his whereabouts.
