Police seek information after ‘suspicious incident’ in Ripon

A person was followed down several Ripon roads last week.
North Yorkshire Police today said the incident, which happened on January 23, took place at around 9.30am.
The force added the victim was followed down Quarry Moor Lane by a man driving a van.
The driver then followed the victim down Dallamires Lane, Princess Royal Road, Grove Lane and Lime Walk.
Today’s statement added:
The man was driving a van, he got out of the vehicle and followed the victim on the various roads mentioned.
Officers are now appealing for information about the incident:
We are appealing for any information from members of the public who may have witnessed this incident or who have relevant dashcam or CCTV footage.
