Police withdraw appeal after alleged dog attack in Harrogate town centre
Victoria Shopping Centre in Harrogate.
Police have contacted a woman they were seeking in connection with an alleged dog attack at the Victoria Shopping Centre in Harrogate.
North Yorkshire Police had issued an appeal yesterday, after a report that a small dog had attacked a male member of staff at the shopping centre on Monday.
But in an update today, a spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said:
We have [...] been able to contact the woman pictured on CCTV, so the appeal is no longer required.
The Stray Ferret has updated this coverage to ensure the woman's anonymity.
