The developer behind the 195-home Lancaster Fold development at Boroughbridge has unveiled the launch prices.
Lancaster Fold, which has been built off Chapel Hill, close to junction 48 of the A1(M), opens for sales on Saturday (June 6).
Bellway Homes revealed this week the launch prices for the homes range from £289,995 to £624,995.
The properties range from one-bedroom semi-detached homes to five-bed detached houses.
There has been concern about the number of new homes in and around Boroughbridge in recent years.
This is the second phase of a wider 401-home development about a mile south of Boroughbridge town centre.
When North Yorkshire Council’s Harrogate and Knaresborough area planning committee approved the scheme in August last year, Cllr Robert Windass, a Conservative who represents Boroughbridge on the council, said:
“There has been some disquiet about it in Boroughbridge, but at the end of the day it is a site that is needed to be worked on. It needs to be built out now.”
