This week, the Stray Ferret published an article on North Yorkshire Council’s executive considering plans for restrictions at the county’s household waste recycling centres. Readers left their thoughts in comments below.
What could possibly go wrong?! Oh wait - So I’m a resident of Harrogate and my car is registered to a leasing company in Bristol, it would seem that I will be denied entry to the waste and recycling centre.
No objection to the policy, it’s how it will be implemented that seems questionable.

Seems like a really sensible idea and good that the service is being kept for those who pay for it. i.e the council tax payers.
