A car dealership in Ripon has submitted plans to expand its operations.
Lloyd Land Rover, which is based on Hutton Bank in the city, has tabled proposals to North Yorkshire Council to build an extension to its existing showroom.
The current site includes a showroom and workshop with customer parking.
As part of the plans, a new valet building would be built as well as external and internal refurbishments of the site.

An indicative design of the extension.
The developer said in planning documents that the new valet building would also include a photography bay and space for overnight deliveries.
It said:
The proposed development proposes to enhance the site and local area by providing a refurbished dealership both internally and externally that adheres to Land Rover’s corporate identity branding.
The developer also proposes to increase customer parking on the site, which would be based in front of the showroom.
North Yorkshire Council will make a decision on the plan at a later date.
