Ripon man admits assaulting woman
A Ripon man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.
Daniel Holt, of Holmefield Crescent, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates Court on Friday (December 13).
Holt admitted assaulting the named woman at an address in Ripon on May 9.
He was also charged with damaging a door at the same address, on the same day.
The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to both charges.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Holt will be sentenced at Harrogate Magistrates Court on January 31.
The magistrates barred Holt from entering the Ripon address. He was also ordered not to contact the victim and two other individuals.
