1. Harrogate Town Council voted to spend £4,695 on a new silver-coloured chain for the mayor to wear at civic events, due to security concerns arising from the soaring price of gold and the "exceptionally high" value of the current gold chain. The new chain will cost £150 to insure, but how much would it have cost to insure the gold one?

2. The deputy mayor for policing in North Yorkshire, Jo Coles, has backed a move to introduce fixed speed cameras in the county, which currently has none. In total, how many police areas in England have no fixed speed cameras?
