Serious collision closes road near Pateley Bridge
A collision in the early hours of this morning has led to the closure of the B6165 between Glasshouses and Pateley Bridge.
North Yorkshire issued an alert at about 5am.
It said in a social post:
We are currently responding to a serious collision on the B6165 at Ripley Bank, between Glasshouses and Pateley Bridge.
The road is closed in both directions and is expected to remain closed for some time.
Please avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible.
