Residents of Starbeck are once again ready to attend Starbeck Community Day this weekend.
This year marks the 8th anniversary of the free event in Belmont Park will host a range of stalls and entertainment on Saturday, June 22.
The annual event is organised by the Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal. The committee has eight members and raises funds for the annual Christmas lights event.
It is one of four events held each year to raise funds for the charity.
Last year the event saw around 300 people attend to enjoy games, music and arts and crafts stalls.

Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal need to reach over £8,000 per year to keep the tradition alive.
Chrissie Holmes, vice president of Starbeck Christmas Lights Appeal and organiser of Starbeck Community Day, said:
We have to raise £8,000 a year to keep the lights going, or as much as possible. We still need to raise £4,000 so we hope to raise around £1,000 on Saturday.
I really look forward to it every year, it is always a fun event and every year we just pray for good weather.
Harrogate mayor, councillor Chris Aldred will officially open the event at 1pm.
The Community Day will take place from 12-4pm on June 22 in Belmont Park and is a family friendly event.
