Houses in a major new development on the outskirts of Ripon are to go on sale in just over a month's time.
Taylor Wimpey said today its Fountains Walk development off West Lane will go on the market in December.
It will comprise 390 two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
The developer declined to reveal how much the houses would cost when asked by the Stray Ferret. It said the asking prices will be revealed when the development launches in December.
North Yorkshire Council granted planning permission in October last year after a long-running saga in which councillors raised concerns about the development and its impact on the countryside and nearby Fountains Abbey.
Work got underway in May, as reported by the Stray Ferret.
Nicki Hope, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, said:
Our team has worked incredibly hard to create a development that will integrate into an already thriving community, and we think people will be really impressed to see it come together.

Fountains Vale, which has been developed by Karbon Homes, will provide homes termed affordable alongside Fountains Walk through rent, shared ownership, and rent-to-buy schemes.
Zoey Hawthorne, assistant director of development delivery at Karbon Homes, added:
We’re pleased to be working alongside Taylor Wimpey on this development, bringing much-needed affordable homes to the Ripon area. Our partnership aims to ensure a variety of housing options to meet local needs, while contributing to the overall success of the site
