The Range will open its doors in Harrogate this morning.
The variety store and garden centre is based on the site of the former Homebase site on Plumpton Park.
Homebase entered administration in November and closed on March 9.
The struggling home improvement brand was acquired by Hilco Capital for £1 in 2018 and subsequently closed more than 100 stores.
CDS Superstores, which owns The Range and Wilko, acquired the Homebase brand name, intellectual property and up to 70 of its stores.
Staff in Harrogate will transfer to The Range.
The company's dog-friendly policy means customers can take their pooches as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead.
The Range is opening new stores in Harrogate and Maidenhead today.
The company said in a statement:
These two newly announced rebranded locations will officially open on March 28, offering customers a fresh shopping experience, combining the exceptional product variety The Range is known for with the home improvement expertise of Homebase and featuring ‘Garden Centres by Homebase’.
