Three men have appeared in court charged with violent disorder and assault at a pub in Ripon.
Ethan Anderson, 25, Brandon Hyde, 22, and Joshua McKittrick, 23, appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court this morning where they spoke to confirm their names and addresses.
Mr Anderson, of Leeming Lane, Boroughbridge, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and violent disorder at the White Horse in Ripon on April 6 last year.
Mr Hyde, of Manor Close, Melmerby, was charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and violent disorder at the same pub on the same date.
Meanwhile, Mr McKittrick, of St Olaves Close, Ripon, was also charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and violent disorder on April 6, 2024, at the pub.
The case was referred to York Crown Court where all three men will appear on September 29, 2025, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
