Harrogate Theatre has delivered an early Christmas present to the town by announcing Tim Stedman will return for this year’s pantomime.
Mr Stedman, who will be making his 26th appearance in the town’s pantomime, has become a firm favourite playing the fool.
He will play the role of Silly Sydney in this year’s production, which starts in 159 days on November 25 and runs until January 17.
The theatre posted on social media yesterday (June 18):
We are delighted to announce our first cast member for this year’s magical pantomime, Sleeping Beauty.
Back for his 26th year, the legendary Tim Stedman will be playing the role of Silly Sidney.
Mr Stedman graduated from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 1995.
