A 47-year-old Tockwith man is facing trial accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.
Jonathan Vickers, of Bramblegate Road, appeared at York Crown Court today (May 7) when he pleaded not guilty to one count of sexually touching a child under 13 years of age.
The alleged incident is said to have occurred on or around August 24, 2023.
Judge Simon Hickey adjourned the case for a trial in March next year. He granted Mr Vickers bail until the trial, which starts on March 30 and is expected to last three days.
