Police confirm missing Knaresborough boy found

North Yorkshire Police has confirmed a young boy from Knaresborough has been found. 

The update came after police issues an appeal last night (January 8) seeking the public's help to locate him. 

But the force this morning said: 

"We’re pleased to confirm that the 11-year-old boy reported missing from Knaresborough overnight has been found safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal and helped spread the word. Your support makes a real difference in bringing missing people home safely."
