A wallet was stolen from a car in Harrogate after its window was smashed over the weekend.
According to a North Yorkshire Police statement today (January 5), the front passenger window of a grey Skoda Rapid was smashed and a small turquoise wallet stolen on Roberts Crescent.
It happened between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The wallet has a distinctive ‘YETI’ sticker on the front. The amount stolen has not been revealed.
Police said the windscreen and the front and back passenger windows of a silver Suzuki Alto were also damaged during the incident.
The statement added:
We are particularly appealing for any CCTV of the incident or to speak to anyone who may have information regarding what happened.
