Building work to convert High Harrogate Working Men’s Club appears to have ground to a halt.
The club opened at Devonshire Place, on Skipton Road, in 1901 and closed in 2023.
Liquidators were appointed last year to wind up the club and work to convert the site into flats got underway.
Building contractors Octane Construction Limited were appointed to undertake the project.

The club's distinctive sign was still hanging in May 2025.
Work initially proceeded at pace but now appears to have ground to a halt.
A resident who lives nearby said: "Nobody has been working there since before Christmas. They've taken the Portakabin away and nothing has happened for weeks. We would like to know what's going on."
No work was taking place yesterday (February 4) when the Stray Ferret visited.
Octane declined to comment when we contacted the company today.
