A Harrogate clinic is to close in November after more than five years of trading on Royal Parade.
The Spa Clinic announced the news, saying it had decided not to renew its lease.
The company provides treatments for skin care, through injectables, laser hair removal, massage, aesthetic improvements and body and skin treatments.
The company shared the news on social media and attributed the closure to the challenging economic climate.
Its statement added:
This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and we are really sorry as we know how much our clients have enjoyed and benefitted from the treatments we’ve provided over the last five-plus years.
We have received such wonderful support from the Harrogate community, and we appreciate this decision will make it feel that we have let people down who’ve come to value and enjoy their treatments with us and, for this, we can only say we’re really sorry that our journey’s come to an end.
It has been a very challenging economic climate to run a clinic in and we have made huge personal sacrifices over the last five years to support the business, but unfortunately, we are unable to keep going in our premises.
The company added it is currently making arrangements for clients who have packages to continue to receive treatments until their courses are complete.
The statement continued:
We will also be in touch with our members to ensure they’re up to date with their treatments prior to us closing.
If you have a gift voucher to use, please do book in asap, also book in now for laser top-ups or maintenance sessions and let us know if there are any skin care products you want to buy. And of course, do book in for your favourite treatments before we close - we would love to see you!
Decisions like this aren’t easy and we know have an impact on so many, most of all our wonderful team. Thank you for all the support you’ve given us over the years.
