Get you and your family up on the dancefloor and shake some moves at Harrogate International Festivals’ Family Silent Disco.
Taking place in the pop-up Spiegeltent in Crescent Gardens in Harrogate, there will be plenty of hits played so don’t forget your comfy shoes.

Ripon Theatre Festival is back and has an abundance of cultural goings-on over the six-day event from July 2-7, including both free and paid-for shows.
From dance and comedy to theatre performances and street entertainment, there’s plenty happening for all ages in Ripon, and Family Day also returns on Sunday July 7.
Various venues and times, July 2-7, advance booking is required for certain events, so it’s encouraged that visitors plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
A Yorkshire-based community wind ensemble, White Rose Concert Band is playing on Sunday July 7.
Held on the bandstand at Pateley Bridge Play Park, the band comprises an enthusiastic group of amateur musicians who will be performing a wide range of pieces.
If you’d like to make a day, and evening, of it, there’s also a musical comedy taking place at Pateley Bridge Playhouse entitled Losing the Plot, on at 7.30pm from 6-12 July.

It is encouraged to shop from local independent businesses, so what better way than to head to Knaresborough Artisan Market on Saturday?
Organised by Little Bird, it’s sure to be a fantastic shopping experience where visitors can browse through quirky stalls that sell a diverse range of locally produced arts and crafts.
Find jewellery, ceramics and clothing to name just some of the offerings, and you can also make a day of it as food and drink from local stallholders will also be on sale.
Free entry, 10am-3pm, July 6, Knaresborough Castle, Waterside, HG5 8AS.
You may have seen we’ve previously reported about Starbeck’s brand-new festival this summer. The community-led event, Starbeck Fest, will see stalls from local business and charities, with food, rides, taster sessions, workshops, arts and crafts.
There will also be entertainment for all ages including the likes of DJ Trev, Rory Hoy, Money For Old Rope (MFOR), and Tom the magician.
